This bios is not for the Z170A Krait Gaming motherboard. It is for the Z170 Krait Gaming motherboard. Thanks

Hi, I formated my flash drive to FAT32(I puted it direcly into MB I/O), donwloaded, unzipped copyed the BIOS to my flashdrive. Restarted PC botted to bios. Restarted again to get into Flashmode. It recognized my flashrive but the bios won’t showup. Is there posibility that this bios is for Z170 Krait (non-A version). If yes, can you upload bios for Z170A Krait (A version). Thanks

Thebios can only be updated in DOS mode. Basically you go into bios and set the usb drive as the primary boot drive. Then you can issue a command from the DOS prompt. Make sure you also have the AUFUDOS.exe file copied to the usb drive. You can find it in the same folder where live update downloads the bios files.

Any BCLK increase (as followed by the guide) leads to the computer getting stuck in boot loop and after many retries boots into Windows with correct OC settings. Is this normal?
